My name is Jim McCarthy and I would like to welcome you to my site.
The LEWTON One-Name Study commenced in August 2015. It is progressing in the data collection stage, currently focusing on the collection of birth, marriage, death, and census records worldwide to establish a basic foundation of linkages between the various Lewton family branches before undertaking more detailed research on individuals.
This study is considered small to medium in size compared to other surnames. I have very few family individuals in my database so far but this number should increase substantially over the next few months.
I would encourage all Lewton descendants to join me in the quest to identify all family members in the history of the world. No information on living individuals will be shown on our pages.
